Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for ordering a product from aracky.com. We hope you are pleased with the item you received from ARACKY, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with it, please return it within 30 days after its delivery for a refund or exchange.
No Restocking Fee will be charged except the shipping fee.
We offer a 1-2 Years manufacturer warranty after the delivery for any product failures or defects that occur during normal use.
The warranty won’t be renewed for the replacement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase record to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:
a) If an item not in its original condition: is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
b) If an item is returned beyond 30 days after the delivery
Following items are not eligible for ARACKY’s Refund Policy:
a) Promotional items;
b) Gifts and freebies;
c) Any items purchased from third-party dealers or resellers (not aracky.com, jackyled.net, superdanny.net, pacearth.com, ulglife.com and their direct Amazon, Walmart, eBay stores.)
Refund (If applicable)
The refund will be issued within two weeks of confirmation. For further steps and information, please message our Customer Service at email@example.com.
a) Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded;
b) The shipping fee will not be refunded;
c) If you have yet to receive a refund after it is processed, please check your bank account again. (Please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.)
Returns & Refund Steps:
Step1. Please offer your order number from the Aracky official website where you bought the products.
Step2. Describe the problems, or upload some images about the problem, send the issues you claim to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step3. Our support team will reply to the issue and offer solutions within 24 hours.
Return & Exchange
We accept reasonable returns up to 30 days after the delivery, any requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original package with all original contents undamaged. (We strongly recommend you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving it)
Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be returned for a refund or exchange along with the original product. ARACKY will not accept returns for products that had been altered, scratched, or marked.
The customers will be charged for shipping costs of returns.
To return the item purchased from ARACKY, please note:
a) Shipping charges on returning the merchandise are at the customer's expense;
b) Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
c) Refunds for the returned merchandise will be processed within two weeks after receiving the returned package. (for the merchandise value only.)
The exchange is only applicable for customers receiving wrong or faulty items.

Order Cancellation or Changing Address
* If you need to cancel the order or change the address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within half an hour after receiving the order confirmation. Any such requests beyond half an hour will not be accepted.
Please email our Customer Service with your order number and reason to email@example.com.
Cancel the shipped-out order
The request for canceling the shipped-out order is not acceptable.
Cancel the undeliverable order
a) Unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer: The refund will subtract the shipping cost & 50% of the restocking fees (the percentage varies with products);
b) Unsuccessful delivery for an unknown reason: We will re-ship or issue a refund to you.
A full refund or replacement will be issued when the cost is caused by ARACKY. However, the loss and responsibility go to the customer if the delivery failed due to such reasons:
a) Insufficient or wrong shipping information is provided;
b) Unsuccessfully delivery due to the receipt not being at home;
c) Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country in accordance with local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
Kind reminders for unsuccessful deliveries caused by the above reasons:
a) The re-ship or the refund will be processed after ARACKY receives the returned package;
b) Shipping charges on the original items and the new package will be at the customer’s expense.
