A:It comes with warranty of 12 months for every Aracky product. The one-year warranty can be extended by joining Aracky VIP Club.


Q2:How long does delivery take?

A:Usually 3-5 business days. All items sold at Aracky are guaranteed to be delivered in 20 days.

Q4:How will my delivery be shipped?

A:Aracky products will be shipped from the Aracky US warehouse or Amazon warehouse. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Aracky products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.


Q5:I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A:We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


Q6:Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A:If the product has not been shipped, you can contact the customer support at service@aracky.com to change.Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
