How do I get a custom-made product?

1. Write an email to and describe how you need a product to be custom-made, including but not limited to:Standard product model, LOGO/picture/slogan to print or laser on, functions to add or remove, specifications to change, details to modify, etc. 

2. After we receive your email of customization needs, one of our customer service representatives will reply your email to confirm and specify your customization details, the result will pass on to our expert team to evaluate: 

▪ Whether this customization is possible; 

▪ What more details should be confirmed; 

▪ How much will the entire customization and delivery take; 

▪ How long will the customization and delivery take; 

3. After all the needed information is collected, we will send an email with a customization contract for you to approve before you make a payment. As soon as the payment is done, our expert will start immediately on the customization process. 

4.When the final customized product is finished, it will be reviewed by our QC stuff according to the specifications on the customization contract. Only when it complies with the customization contract will it be packed and shipped to your specified address by UPS or equivalent couriers.5.You get your custom-made product delivered to you by the courier company.  

How long will my customization take?

The time for manufacturing a custom product is determined by the product category, designing, customization details, and difficulty of manufacturing. The time spent before getting your approval of the customization contract is not counted as such.

How do I pay for the customization?

After you received and approved the customization contract, which clearly states the total price for the customization including delivery, please go to the link below: the quantity according to the price stated in the customization contract and click “Buy it now”, proceed as the page required to finish the payment. What about shipping and delivery?

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
